En 1995, face à la repression policière lors de rave party, un groupe d'amis a décidé de s'associer et a commencé à organiser leurs propres teufs, le PVC est né. In 1995 as a reaction to the police's repressive stance on dance music, drugs and the free party and rave scene in the UK [The criminal Justice Act 1994]. A group of friends got together, started organising their own parties and the PARTY VIBE collective [PVC] was formed.
